Product Overview
The Vanstron Multi Magazine Unloader provides continuous PCB feeding for SMT production lines. With a standard capacity of 4 magazines, the system enables non-stop production by automatically switching to the next magazine when one is depleted, while the operator replaces the empty magazine without stopping the line.
The 30-second magazine changeover time ensures minimal interruption to the production flow. The unloader is available in 4 models (SUL-250M-E, SUL-330M-E, SUL-400L-E, and SUL-460L-E) to accommodate different PCB widths from 250 mm to 460 mm.
Equipped with SMEMA and IPC Hermes 9852 interfaces, the multi magazine unloader integrates into Industry 4.0 production environments for automated board tracking and intelligent production management.
