Inline Vertical Curing Oven
Vertical heating oven with up to 12 heating modules and ±2°C temperature uniformity for curing and pre-heating processes in SMT production.
Product Overview
The Vanstron Inline Vertical Curing Oven provides precise, uniform heating for curing and pre-heating processes in SMT production lines. The vertical design maximizes floor space utilization while offering up to 12 individually controlled heating modules for precise temperature profiling.
Available in two models: the VBH-250 supports temperatures up to 200°C for high-temperature curing applications, while the VBH-90 is optimized for lower-temperature processes up to 90°C. Both models deliver ±2°C temperature uniformity across the heating chamber.
The oven integrates into existing SMT lines via SMEMA and IPC Hermes 9852 communication interfaces, enabling automated temperature profile management and real-time production monitoring in Industry 4.0 environments.
