Product Overview
The SMT Wertheim T-Series horizontal continuous ovens provide a modular approach to inline thermal processing for electronics manufacturing. Built in standardized 0.7 m increments, the T-Series spans six models from the compact T210 (2.1 m heating zone) to the extended T560 (5.6 m heating zone), allowing manufacturers to select the exact configuration for their process requirements. The systems support multiple-track transport and up to two transport levels for maximum throughput in continuous production environments. Designed for heavy-duty industrial use, the T-Series features robust construction with low maintenance requirements and extended service intervals. Primary applications include product-specific curing and drying of adhesives, varnishes, and coatings, as well as precision temperature control for functional testing of electronic assemblies.
