Product Overview

The MV-6 OMNI is configured with MIRTEC's exclusive OMNI-VISION® 3D inspection technology, combining a 25MP high-resolution CoaXPress camera system with 7.7µm/10µm/15µm lens options and digital blue moiré 3D technology for precision inspection across a 0–25mm range on finished PCB assemblies.

The 8-phase coaxial color lighting system guarantees optimal image conditions on any PCB material, and AI-powered auto-teaching cuts programming time by up to 90%. Options include Z-axis height inspection up to 45mm, an 18MP side camera for OCR and J-lead/QFN solder inspection, an internal flipper for double-sided PCB inspection, and the TAL 3D SCAN pre-inspection module. Distributed and supported by TIIHTRONICS across Mexico and Texas.
