Product Overview
The GENESYS-CC is MIRTEC's dedicated conformal coating inspection AOI. Its 50MP ultra-high-resolution camera with 4µm precision lens detects micro bubbles as small as 30µm, backed by an AI-driven algorithm that continuously improves detection performance.
A 3-stage UV lighting system — low-angle, high-angle, and coaxial — eliminates shadowing for clear imaging across the entire board. Options include an 18MP side camera for coating defects on component sides, leads, and solder (splatter, bubbles, cracks), coating thickness measurement sensors for transparent materials, and an internal flipper for double-sided inspection. Distributed and supported by TIIHTRONICS across Mexico and Texas.
