The MIRTEC MV-3 OMNI Mark-II brings the company's flagship OMNI-VISION® 3D inspection technology to a benchtop platform. Patented 12-projection digital blue light moiré technology performs precise 3D scanning across a 0–25mm measurement range, while the 8-phase coaxial color lighting system adapts to any PCB color or material for reliable inspection of reflective surfaces, OCR, and micro-crack defects.
With 70mm top / 100mm bottom clearance, an optional Z-axis package that extends height inspection to 45mm, and optional 18MP side-view cameras for J-lead, coil, and QFN solder assessment, the Mark-II handles tall and complex assemblies. AI-powered auto-teaching cuts programming time by up to 90%. Distributed and supported by TIIHTRONICS across Mexico and Texas.
