The TAL 3D SCAN is a pre-inspection module that attaches to MIRTEC's MV-6 OMNI 3D AOI. Its vibration-free specialized laser scanner covers a 320mm × 320mm area in a total cycle of just 6 seconds — with only 2 seconds of actual scanning — while the main unit inspects the previous board, effectively removing scan time from the line's cycle.
It accurately inspects components up to 70mm tall in a single pass, offers an extended scan option up to 510mm × 510mm, and supports double-sided PCB inspection with the compatible flipper option — boosting production speed by more than 30%. Distributed and supported by TIIHTRONICS across Mexico and Texas.
