Product Overview
The Ersa HR 600/2 is a fully automatic hybrid rework system designed for the desoldering, placement and soldering of SMT components. It combines a highly efficient 800W hybrid heating head with homogeneous large-area IR underheating across three 800W heating zones, delivering precise and reproducible repair results independent of the operator.
With automatic and precise component alignment via image processing, a high-precision motorized axis system, and complete process control through HRSoft operating software, the HR 600/2 guarantees user-independent, reproducible repair results. The system also features a Dip&Print station with stencil capability for flux and solder paste application, as well as laser target positioning for accurate component placement.
The gentle heating technology combined with sensor-guided soldering processes ensures sustainable rework with complete process documentation and clear user guidance throughout every step.
