The IEMME sZERO1 is a semi-automatic dry storage cabinet designed for moisture-sensitive materials and components that require controlled humidity environments. With an internal humidity level maintained below 5% RH, the sZERO1 protects moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs), PCBs, PCAs, nozzles, sticks and trays from humidity-related damage.
Featuring 7 configurable shelves with 224 individual LED-guided positions, the sZERO1 combines the benefits of dry storage with intelligent material management. Each position is equipped with an LED indicator that guides operators to the exact location of requested materials, eliminating search time and reducing picking errors.
The integrated WMS software provides complete material traceability, moisture exposure time tracking and inventory management. The sZERO1 connects to ERP and MES systems for automated material requests, and its compact footprint makes it an excellent entry point for facilities beginning their smart storage journey or as a complement to larger automated towers.
