The IEMME Storage 3200 is a high-capacity automated storage tower engineered for large-volume SMT component management. With up to 3,200 reel positions, the system provides significantly expanded capacity for high-mix, high-volume production environments where material availability and traceability are critical.
Building on the proven architecture of the Storage 2000, the 3200 adds advanced capabilities including acceptance control with automatic incoming material labeling, real-time material consumption tracking synchronized with production data, and direct integration with Pick & Place machines in addition to ERP and MES systems.
The system enables complete material lifecycle management from incoming goods reception through storage, kitting, production consumption and replenishment.
