Product Overview

The Scienscope AXI-7300 is a high-performance inline X-ray inspection system designed for production-line integration. Equipped with inlet and outlet conveyors, it provides continuous automated inspection of PCBAs without interrupting the manufacturing flow.

With its fully integrated 130kV high-power microfocus tube delivering a 5µm focal spot, the AXI-7300 achieves exceptional image resolution at up to 800× magnification. The 5-axis motion system with 45° tilt enables comprehensive inspection of BGA, QFN, QFP, and other hidden solder joints from multiple angles. Distributed and supported by TIIHTRONICS across Mexico and Texas.
