Product Overview
The Scienscope Smart Rack for Reels is a modular smart storage system designed specifically for organizing and managing SMT component reels. With capacity for up to 1,260 reels depending on configuration, the rack features automatic reel placement detection, multi-color LED indicators for simultaneous multi-kitting, and real-time inventory updates.
The system integrates with MES/ERP platforms, Yamaha mounters, and Scienscope's own AXC-800 III X-Ray Counter and IMS-100 Receiving Station. UID label tracking enables full traceability from receiving to placement, reducing setup time from hours to minutes. Distributed and supported by TIIHTRONICS across Mexico and Texas.
