The EPS SC-740 is a stencil cleaning system engineered for cleaning solder paste stencils, adhesive stencils, misprinted PCBAs, squeegees, screens and maintenance parts. With a maximum frame size of 740 × 740mm, the system handles standard stencils used in high-volume SMT production.
The SC-740 features a vertical elevator mechanism with synchronous spray arms that deliver low-pressure spray (<1 bar) through linear fluid delivery technology — gentle enough for sensitive screens while providing thorough cleaning. An Android-based interactive touchscreen with PLC controller stores up to 99 programs with password-protected setup and weekly timer functionality.
Available in Single Tank (ST) and Double Tank (DT) variants, the system offers closed-loop cleaning and optional rinsing cycles with separate spray pumps and filtration systems. Air knives on each arm with programmable drying parameters ensure thorough drying, while dual-stage filtration (20µm and 5µm) maintains cleaning fluid quality. All chamber and pipework components are constructed from stainless steel for durability and chemical resistance.
