Product Overview
The EPS AG 200 is a high-capacity air agitation cleaning system designed for board and assembly cleaning in large-format production environments. As the larger sibling of the AG 75, the AG 200 features dual 200-liter stainless steel tanks and an expanded chamber to accommodate bigger assemblies and higher production volumes.
Employing compressed air agitation technology, the system delivers thorough cleaning of PCB assemblies, pallets, wave solder fixtures and tooling without compromising throughput. The closed-loop reprocessing of cleaning and rinsing fluids ensures consistent quality while minimizing chemical consumption and waste.
Controlled by a PLC with a high-resolution 10″ capacitive multi-touch display, the AG 200 offers programmable cleaning cycles, full traceability via SPC data scanner and USB backup, and comprehensive safety features including door interlocks, overflow alarms and heating element protection. The integrated warm air dryer (40–45°C) ensures parts emerge dry and ready for the next process step.
