The Cencorp 1000 FA is a modular automation platform built on the proven 1000OF EVO2 foundation, designed for diverse assembly applications ranging from simple pick-and-place or pick-and-pack tasks to complex through-hole component placement combined with screw driving and dispensing operations. The system features a fully programmable servo pick-and-place robot with a working area of 1200×570×200mm, 100mm top clearance, and handles components up to 100×50mm weighing up to 200 grams. With cycle times of 1.3 to 1.8 seconds, it delivers consistent high-throughput performance. The dual-camera vision system ensures precise PCB positioning and component placement correction. Its modular construction combines standardized process modules, allowing tailored configurations with optional product conveyors, feeder trolleys, screw-driving modules, and dispensing capabilities. Advanced vision options including Q-vision, Q-scan, and Q-check are available for enhanced quality control. Supports both single and dual-head configurations with optional clinching robots. Distributed and supported by TIIHTRONICS across Mexico and Texas.
