The Cencorp Raptor is a high-speed through-hole component placement machine designed for mass production environments. It combines advanced process control with rapid dual-head pick-and-place capability, achieving cycle times of 0.7 to 1.2 seconds and placing up to 5,100 components per hour. The system handles panel sizes from 50x50mm to 310x300mm with 40mm top clearance, 35mm bottom clearance, and maximum component height of 30mm. Featuring automatic component preforming in feeders to stabilize radial components before clinching, and a vision system for PCB position and component placement correction. Designed specifically for high-volume, large-batch consumer electronics manufacturing. Distributed and supported by TIIHTRONICS across Mexico and Texas.
