Product Overview
The SonoFlux Servo is a fully automated reciprocating ultrasonic spray fluxing system designed for wave solder PCB applications. Its non-clogging ultrasonic nozzle technology delivers precise, uniform flux coverage while reducing flux consumption by up to 80% compared to conventional foam or spray methods.
Available in 18″ and 24″ width configurations, the system features selective area fluxing capability, allowing operators to apply flux only where needed on each board. The optional InSight automated board recognition system uses an imaging camera or barcode scanner to trigger fully automatic recipe changes for high-mix production environments.
PC-based control with closed-loop ball screw servo motors and a high-precision gear pump ensures repeatable, low-maintenance operation. The SonoFlux Servo integrates with all major wave solder machines and is CE marked. Distributed and supported by TIIHTRONICS across Mexico and Texas.
