The SASinno Americas MAS-i2 is a compact, production-line integrated selective soldering machine that combines three critical soldering processes — fluxing, preheating, and soldering — into one seamless workflow. The system features two independent solder pots, each with individual Z-axis control, enabling flexible and precise selective soldering operations.
With a drop jet fluxer as standard, dual heating system combining bottom infrared and top convection preheaters, and a three-section conveyor system, the MAS-i2 delivers comprehensive selective soldering capability in a compact footprint. The Windows 10-based software interface provides intuitive operation with built-in wave height calibration and real-time soldering process monitoring. Distributed and supported by TIIHTRONICS across Mexico and Texas.
