Product Overview
The Ersa VERSAGUIDE is an optical control system designed to support and verify PCB assembly and mounting work. By leveraging image recognition technology, VERSAGUIDE prevents assembly errors before they occur — eliminating costly rework, reducing scrap and ensuring consistent quality even with non-specialist operators.
The system uses an 18-megapixel industrial camera with a 640 × 480mm field of view to monitor the assembly process in real time. It verifies correct component placement, validates assembly sequences, detects similar parts and color mismatches, performs structure inspection, and reads barcodes for traceability. Every work result is documented automatically for complete quality records.
Available in three variants — ELITE (offline/standalone), PRO (inline with 5 programs), and ULTRA (inline with unlimited programs and OCR) — the VERSAGUIDE integrates seamlessly into existing workstations or can be supplied as a complete all-in-one workstation with height-adjustable table, illumination panel, monitor and all accessories included.
